David Bartolotta

David Bartolotta has a strong background in application development and management. David began their career at Putnam Investments in 1995, starting as a Software Developer and later progressing to roles such as Sr. Applications Manager and Project Manager. In 2011, they joined Plymouth Rock Assurance as the Director of Agency Interface, and subsequently became the Vice President of Application Development. David Bartolotta has extensive experience in both technical and managerial positions within the insurance and investment industries.

David Bartolotta earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from Providence College from 1991 to 1995. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute and Project Management Certificate from Boston University in 2006.
