Meagan Donovan

Meagan Donovan is a seasoned recruiting professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at Plymouth Rock Assurance New Jersey since April 2018, Meagan has previously worked as a Recruiter at Merit Personnel & Consulting Services, where responsibilities included sourcing candidates and conducting phone screens. Prior to this, Meagan held the position of Receptionist at Rowan University Wellness Center, providing customer service and training new staff. Additionally, during a Human Resources internship at Rowan University, Meagan audited employee benefits for over 1200 individuals and maintained data for the Public Employee Retirement System. Meagan holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Rowan University.
