Pavel Shmelev

Pavel Shmelev is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software development and management. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Plyo.com and Hive since May 2023 and November 2017 respectively, Pavel previously held the role of Lead Software Developer at GET Information Technology GmbH from September 2014 to September 2022, where significant contributions included establishing a developer team and creating guidelines for junior staff development.
