Charlene Ruwwe, EIT, currently serves as the Foods Quality Manager at PLZ Corp since August 2023. Prior to this role, Charlene held positions at Unilever as a Quality Assurance Manager responsible for site Quality Systems, overseeing 14 direct reports and 300 indirect reports from December 2019 to August 2023. Charlene's experience also includes roles at Procter & Gamble, where responsibilities included leading quality systems at the Kansas City Plant and Alexandria Plant, with a focus on compliance, data integrity, and consumer-driven culture. Additionally, Charlene worked on material process development for new product innovations and production validations. Before Procter & Gamble, Charlene served as a Floor Supervisor at Walmart, managing receiving operations and reporting. Charlene holds a degree in Chemical Engineering with a focus on Biological Sciences from the University of Missouri-Rolla, completed in 2013.
