Jenna Larson

Jenna Larson has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on strategic HR management. Jenna started their career as a Human Resource Coordinator at Allied Plastics, Inc., where they handled employee relations, payroll processing, and benefits administration. Jenna then moved on to serve as a Human Resource Specialist at Emerson Commercial & Residential Solutions, where they maintained HR records and provided administrative support. Jenna's next role was as a Human Resource Manager at Kem Krest, where they ensured compliance with legal requirements and led recruitment and onboarding processes. Jenna then joined Aludyne as a Senior Human Resource Manager & Belonging, where they led HR initiatives across multiple locations and supported business needs through talent assessment, organizational design, and leadership development. Currently, Jenna works as a Senior Human Resource Director at PLZ Corp, where they execute the HR strategy and partners with various teams to enhance HR processes and drive strategic improvements.

Jenna Larson holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and Human Resource Management from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside, which they obtained in 2010. Jenna is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Capella University, with an expected completion date in 2022. In addition, Jenna has obtained a Foundations of Leadership Certificate from The National Society of Leadership and Success, and has also completed coursework in Human Resource Management at Capella University.
