Jessica Nolan

Jessica Nolan has been working in the legal field for over 15 years. Jessica started their career as an attorney at Sidley Austin, one of the largest law firms in the world. After four years, they moved to Grippo & Elden, a smaller firm that specializes in civil litigation. Jessica spent four years there before moving to Dover Corporation, where they served as Director & Associate Counsel, Ethics & Compliance.

In their role at Dover, Jessica was responsible for leading a team to drive compliance globally. This included providing strategic direction and advice on ethics, anti-corruption, fair competition, data privacy, regulatory compliance, protection of company assets, and risk mitigation. Jessica also oversaw investigations of reports received through the ethics hotline and promoted compliance through training all employees from the factory floor to the C-suite.

After four years at Dover, Jessica Nolan is now General Counsel, Legal at PLZ.

Jessica Nolan attended George Mason University - Antonin Scalia Law School for one year before transferring to the University of Chicago Law School, from which they graduated with a Doctor of Law (J.D.) with honors. Prior to law school, Jessica Nolan completed a B.A. and B.S. in Political Science and Justice Studies at Arizona State University, summa cum laude.

Their manager is Aaron Erter, Chief Executive Officer. Jessica Nolan works with Nadim Kilzi - Chief Supply Chain Officer, Marcelo Jimenez - Plant Director, and Kevin Rule - Chief Financial Officer.
