Matthew Gray

Matthew Gray is an accomplished foodservice sales professional with extensive management experience across multiple roles in the industry. Currently serving as Foodservice Sales Manager for PLZ Corp since April 2022, Matthew previously held the position of Territory Business Manager at The Kraft Heinz Company where responsibilities included managing sales and distribution in Florida and Georgia. Matthew's solid foundation in territory management was established during tenures with US Foods in various roles, where sales targets were consistently met and customer accounts were developed. Beginning a career in restaurant management in the 1990s, Matthew held multiple general manager positions, contributing to operations, training, and P&L accountability in different restaurant environments. Matthew holds a Bachelor's degree in American History from Ohio Dominican University.
