Dragos Constantinescu

Dragos Constantinescu is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in managing operations in the beverage and tobacco industries. Currently serving as the Managing Director for Asahi Europe & International in Czechia, Slovakia, Germany, and Austria, as well as for Romania and Hungary, Dragos oversees leading brands like URSUS and DREHER. In addition, Dragos holds the position of Managing Director at Plzeňský Prazdroj since June 2021. Prior to these roles, Dragos spent nearly 17 years at British American Tobacco, where notable positions included Area Director for Central Europe North and General Manager for Poland and Sweden & Norway. Academic credentials include an Executive MBA from Rotterdam School of Management and a Senior Development Programme from London Business School, complemented by an International Business and Management Degree from The Hague University.
