Ľuboslava Kaščáková

Ľuboslava Kaščáková is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Generalist at Plzeňský Prazdroj since November 2023. Previously, Ľuboslava worked at Adastra CZ from June 2016 to October 2023, where roles included HR Education Specialist, focusing on training administration, feedback evaluation, and the development of learning and development strategies, as well as HR Specialist, managing onboarding, employee trainings, and internal communication. Ľuboslava’s early career included a role as an HR Marketing Intern at Adastra CZ and as a Project Manager Assistant at Palatinum, where responsibilities involved client communication, administrative support, and event organization. Ľuboslava holds a Bachelor's degree in Management from Katolícka univerzita v Ružomberku, has participated in an Erasmus program at Yaşar University, and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in International Marketing at Aalborg University.
