Antonia Reininghaus

Antonia Reininghaus has a range of work experience in various roles and companies. From 2015 to 2018, they worked as a Working Student at Quanz & Partner Consultancy. In 2018, they interned as a Business Development Intern at LemonOne. From 2019 to 2020, Antonia worked as a Student Assistant at Leuphana Universität Lüneburg. In 2020, they joined XING as a Working Student in Business Development & Strategic Partnerships, where they were responsible for supporting partnership management, executing marketing analyses, and contributing to the management of the Premium perks program. Currently, Antonia is employed at P&M Agentur Software + Consulting, where they work as a Junior Project Manager and recently transitioned into the role of Professional Project Manager.

Antonia Reininghaus attended Leuphana University of Lüneburg from 2018 to 2021, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Management & Entrepreneurship, with a major in Business Development. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2018, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration at the University of Potsdam. During their undergraduate studies, Antonia also participated in an exchange semester at Universidad de Costa Rica UCR in 2015-2016. Before entering university, they graduated from Lise-Meitner-Gymnasium Falkensee in 2012, obtaining their Allgemeine Hochschulreife.
