Veronika Ufberg

Veronika Ufberg is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in implementation and client management. Currently serving as the Manager of Implementation Services at Procore Technologies since August 2016, Veronika oversees a team of implementation managers for mid-sized business accounts, ensuring exceptional client experiences. Previous roles at Procore included Implementation Manager Team Lead and Implementation Manager, where Veronika focused on optimizing processes and fostering strong partnerships with clients. Prior to Procore, Veronika worked at Freelancers Union in Operations & Benefits Management, developing services for independent workers, and held an internship at Penguin Random House. Veronika holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and English Literature from Stony Brook University.
