James Ybarra, P.E. has extensive experience in the engineering field, having served as Principal at Robison Engineering, Inc. for many years before moving on to become the MEP Division Manager at PM Design Group, Inc. James holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from St. Mary's University.
