Angie Wiles is the Founder and CEO of The Difference Collective, a healthcare communications agency that emphasizes a virtual, project-based model tailored to meet the specific needs of healthcare clients. With extensive experience in the industry, Angie serves as a member of the PM Society Industry Agency Relationship Group, focusing on improving collaboration between agencies and clients. Additionally, Angie holds the position of Board Trustee at Bowel Cancer UK and previously held leadership roles at Golin and Virgo Health, the latter co-founded with Sarah Matthew, contributing to its success as a prominent global healthcare communications consultancy. PM Society

The PM Society was established over 40 years ago as a not-for-profit organisation to serve the needs of the pharmaceutical industry and its service agencies. It currently has over 230 UK companies as members, including pharma and biotech companies on the industry side and PR, Advertising, Medical Communications, Digital and many other kinds of service company on the agency side. It is run by a voluntary Executive Committee, and supported by a small office staff. The Executive steers the direction of the Society in conjunction with the wider Committee of industry professionals, and works hard to forge close working relationships with other industry and NHS groups, including the ABPI, HCA and TOPRA, for the benefit of its membership. The Society has Interest Groups aligned to the current challenges and issues facing today’s marketers - Market Access, Digital, Patient Engagement, Industry Agency Relations, Sustainability, and Diversity - these are run by experts in the field, and run alongside the two highly regarded Award schemes – the PM Society Awards and the Digital Awards. The PM Society’s flexible modular training programme is developed by the industry for the industry and addresses the specific training needs for pharmaceutical marketing and associated life sciences disciplines. Courses run throughout the year and are tailored for those new to marketing, anyone needing a refresher and advanced modules for the more experienced marketer.
