Donna Carlisle

Donna Carlisle has a strong background in the insurance industry, with over two decades of experience. Donna started their career at CNA Insurance in 1991, working in various roles such as Worker's Compensation Business Analysis and Business Analyst until 2014. In 2014, they joined PMA Companies as the Director of Clinical Compliance and Services.

Donna Carlisle holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Psychology from LSU and a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Counseling Psychology from Louisiana Tech University. Donna also holds certifications including MSCC from the Commission on Health Care Certification, CCM from the Commission for Case Manager Certification, NCC from the National Board of Certified Counselors, and LRC from the LA Board of Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors.
