James McReynolds has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. James started their career as a Finance Manager at Adams Chevrolet, where they excelled in new and used automotive sales. James was recognized as Salesperson of the Month for four consecutive months, and was the first to achieve the Salesman of the Adams Automotive Group honor in over 5 years. James then moved on to become a District Manager at Buyers Choice Auto Sales & Finance Co, where they oversaw the sales and financing divisions of two locations. James also ensured compliance with state and federal laws for property recovery and collections.

In 2007, James joined AT&T as a Sales Team Lead, where they exhibited strong leadership abilities and consistently surpassed monthly and quarterly sales goals. James was awarded the Circle of Excellence and Summit awards for being one of the top sales leaders nationwide.

James then transitioned to Lone Wolf Technologies as an Inside Sales Specialist, where they prospecting for leads, delivered product demonstrations, and closed sales for real estate-specific SAAS solutions. James also mentored less experienced representatives as a subject matter expert.

Currently, James is working at PM AM Corporation | PM AM IT Services as a Director of Sales-FAMS. In this role, they leverage their leadership expertise to drive inside sales operations and direct highly motivated sales teams. James oversees a full spectrum of sales processes, including prospecting, lead generation, and product demonstrations. James collaboratively closes sales for complex law enforcement SAAS solutions.

Throughout their career, James has consistently demonstrated their ability to achieve sales goals, provide leadership, and deliver excellent results.

James McReynolds completed their education with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Concordia College. James attended this college for an undisclosed period. Before that, McReynolds pursued Accounting and Finance studies at Southeast Missouri State University from 1992 to 1995. Prior to their time at Southeast Missouri State University, they also studied Accounting at Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College from 1991 to 1992. In addition to their formal education, McReynolds obtained certifications in Sales Prospecting, Transitioning from Manager to Leader, and Transitioning to Management for Salespeople from LinkedIn in December 2019.
