Rajesh Madheshiya

Rajesh Madheshiya has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Rajesh began their career in 2014 as an Online Game Troubleshooter for NCSoft at iEnergizer, where they reported bugs and technical issues and provided training to new hires. In 2016, they joined Geekswat Solutions Private Limited as a Technical Support Specialist, responsible for nationwide training and troubleshooting support. From 2018 to 2021, Rajesh worked as a Sr Recruitment Specialist at Rose International, conducting recruitment life cycles and initial interviews. In 2021, they joined Head Field Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as a US IT Recruiter, performing candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination. Prior to their current role, Rajesh worked at Cynet Systems as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, where they excelled in staff augmentation, recruitment process outsourcing, and workforce management solutions. Currently, Rajesh holds the position of Talent Acquisition Specialist at PM AM Corporation | PM AM IT Services.

Rajesh Madheshiya completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Information Technology Management (PGDITM) from AIMA, Delhi, from 2010 to 2012. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in Computer Science from PTU, from 2010 to 2013.
