About the role:

PMAT is seeking a highly motivated, self-starting individual for an Administrative Support Analyst position in San Diego, CA. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver with excellent communication skills, impeccable attention to detail, and an ability to multitask and meet challenging deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the secured conference room calendar and control access according to security and PII procedures.

  • Utilize the Defense Information System for Security (DISS) to verify security clearances and send visit requests.

  • Coordinate video-teleconference and Defense Collaboration Services (DCS) calls, prepare presentation slides, send calendar invitations, maintain contact database, and take meeting notes.

Required Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.

  • A self-starter with a strong sense of initiative and a process-improvement mindset. Superb organizational and time-management skills.

  • Highly flexible, creative problem solver, with a strong ability to multitask.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills. High level of professionalism. Strong interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent computer skills; proficient or advanced skills in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Clearance Requirement:

Due to the nature of the contract a min of active Secret Clearance is required for the position.

Location:

NAVWAR, San Diego

Work Environment:

NAVWAR and PMAT offices is mandatory. On site work in a government facility is required.  Travel will be required for customer engagement, team coordination, and potentially for business development.
