Nena Dion has a long history of work experience. Nena began their career in 1999 at Kamax LP as a JSBN Coordinator and Customer Service Rep. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating with Sales, Manufacturing, and Shipping to ensure the delivery of goods to customers while maintaining consistent customer contact and effective customer relationships. Nena also entered and maintained spot buys, scheduled agreements, and forecast quantities based on customer requirements, reviewed and interpreted EDI data, executed daily shipment plans, and prepared and submitted bank packages for Overseas Letter of Credit sales. In addition, they worked with Quality and Accounting on any 8D or Credit/Debit issues that involved the customer.
In 2006, Nena Dion took on the role of Tooling Coordinator at Kamax LP. In this role, they managed and oversaw all aspects of production tooling for the Troy division. Nena requisitioned all production tooling for the Cold Heading Manufacturer, worked with purchasing to qualify and develop new tooling suppliers, processed and facilitated all blue print changes which affected production tooling, assigned and allocated staff and material resources to ensure the timely completion of projects, demonstrated strong communication skills with both internal and external contacts, managed and coordinated all daily activities associated with maintaining 11,000 item tool crib, and authored multiple TS 16949 documents. During this time, they were able to lower the on-hand carrying cost of production tooling by $73,000.
In 2015, Nena Dion began working at pmc America as a Project Manager. In this role, they developed, planned, managed, and implemented SAP/IT projects. Her job responsibilities included jointly defining project scope, goals, required resources, and milestone deliverables that supported business goals and project objectives, as well as managing smaller scale (non ERP) projects through completion.
Nena Dion obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance, General from Walsh College between 2007 and 2011. In 2016 they completed the Introduction to the Project Management Professional (PMP) Exam from Lynda.com. In 2017 they obtained a PMP Certified Project Manager from the Project Management Institute, and in 2018 they received a PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) from the Project Management Institute.
