Monika Kaur

Monika Kaur is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and customer delivery roles. Currently serving as Customer Delivery Lead and previously as Test Lead at PMC Retail since December 2019, Monika has honed leadership and project management skills. Prior to PMC Retail, Monika worked at InfoStretch Corporation as a QA Engineer, and at Advanced from April 2014 to December 2019 as a Senior Test Engineer. Monika began the career at PSPL from 2008 to 2011, where the role was QA Lead, establishing a strong foundation in quality assurance practices.
