Currently serving as Team Lead for the USAID regional comparative analysis project at PMCG, Tamar has also held roles as an International Legal Consultant and Digital Development Expert with The World Bank, focusing on telecommunications reform and digital economy assessments across various countries. Previous positions include legal advisory roles for the Asian Development Bank and consultancy work on migration policy for the International Centre for Migration Policy Development. Tamar's educational background includes a graduate program from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Policy of Science, Technology and Innovation, complemented by Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Law from Tbilisi State University.
