Nargiz Shabandayeva

Nargiz Shabandayeva is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in various advisory and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Leading Specialist at PMD Projects LLC since August 2025, Nargiz previously held the position of Senior Advisor at the Antimonopoly&Consumer Market Control State Agency under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan from February 2025 to August 2025. Prior to that, Nargiz was a Human Resources Leading Consultant at the Antiinhisar və İstehlak Bazarına Nəzarət Dövlət Xidməti from April 2022 to February 2025. Nargiz holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Baku State University, completed in July 2023, and a Bachelor of Laws from the same institution, earned in July 2021.
