Tural Fetullali

Tural Fetullali has extensive experience in topography, currently serving as a Topoqraf at PMD Projects LLC since January 2019. Prior to this role, Tural worked as a Topograph at INPROCON International Project Consultants GmbH from August 2017 to December 2018. Tural holds a Bachelor's degree in Geodetic and Mapping from Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction, completed between 2011 and 2015.
