Nicole Cutrufo, PMP, currently serves as a Digital Transformation Project Manager at Harvard Business School, focusing on AI product development. With a strong background in product management and guest experience, Nicole has held various roles including Global Program Manager at Doitwell, where revenue streams were generated during the Covid pandemic, and Regional Manager & Global Project Manager at GetYourGuide, directing multimillion-euro sales initiatives. Nicole began a career in guest services with Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando Resort, where significant leadership roles were undertaken, including Managing Opening Teams at Cinecittà World S.p.A. and overseeing day-to-day operations at major attractions.
