Shyamali Pemarathna

Shyamali Pemarathna is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in the finance sector. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Compliance at PMF Finance PLC since February 2020, Shyamali has previously held the positions of Manager of Compliance and Assistant Manager of Risk & Compliance at Orient Finance PLC from April 2017 to February 2020. Before that, Shyamali worked as a Risk & Compliance Officer at Swarnamahal Finance Services PLC for two years. Shyamali obtained a B.Com (Special) degree in Commerce from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura and is currently pursuing a Diploma in Bank Integrated Risk Management at the Institute of Bankers of Sri Lanka.
