Kacper Jakubiak

Kacper Jakubiak is an accomplished construction and project manager with extensive experience in the construction and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as a Construction Manager at PM Group since January 2018, Kacper leads a team in the expansion project of the Electrolux facility in Swidnica, while also working as a Project Manager at Cargill since July 2023, focusing on complex EPCM projects in the food sector. Previous roles include Project Manager for SERVEONE, where Kacper ensured quality and safety management at the LG Battery Plant, and a Project Manager with PBE ELBUD Warszawa Sp. z o.o., where Kacper facilitated smooth operations and problem-solving. Earlier career phases include experience as a Site Manager and Site Engineer, complemented by a Master of Science in Structural and Construction from Wrocław University of Science and Technology.
