Lerushan Naiker

Lerushan Naiker is an accomplished Process Safety Engineer with a strong background in chemical engineering and occupational health and safety. Currently working at PM Group since March 2024, Lerushan previously held a similar position at Buckman from May 2021 to February 2024, where responsibilities included establishing and managing the Process Safety Management System in alignment with the Center for Chemical Process Safety's guidelines. Prior experience at Sasol spanned from January 2012 to March 2020, where Lerushan provided critical process engineering support for various plants, focusing on enhancing product quality and safety management. Educated with a BEng(Hons) in Water Utilisation Engineering from the University of Pretoria and an International General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety from NEBOSH, Lerushan Naiker combines academic prowess with extensive practical experience in the field.
