Yudhi is a Program/ Project Manager with over 16 years of experience in Manufacturing, Retail, Financial, Government, Defence, and Education both with local and international project management experience.
Some of his major clients were LG, GM/ Holden, Thai Military Bank, Krungthai Bank, Retails Chains in Taiwan and Japan, Customs and Border Protection, and Defence to name a few.
He has had several leadership roles during his career with teams as small as 20 up to 100.
Yudhi has used his leadership experience to present on Leadership topics at the University of South Australia, The Metro Fire Service – South Australia, Schools, and in the workplace.
One of the major local projects that he was involved in was the building of the VE Commodore for GM. A 5-year project at the Holden Elizabeth plant worth millions of dollars.
He has also presented at the PMI Asia Pacific LIM 2018 on “Over Coming Obstacles in Leadership.”
As a member of the PMI Adelaide Chapter Board, he has held the roles of Financial Director, Membership Director, Mentoring, and Project Outreach Manager.
Yudhi created the Mentoring Service Offering for Chapter 6 Years ago and has since mentored approximately 20 field Project Managers in different stages of their careers.
With a team of volunteers has successfully created and delivered Project Management as a Life Skill workshop for Year 10 students in SA for the last 4 years. A project where the project management methodology was taught to the students to deliver projects within the school.
Yudhi has a depth of skills in Project Management, Leadership, People Management and serving as a PMI Adelaide Chapter Board Member for the last 5 years.
