Alyssa Cummins, PMP is a professional with a strong background in project management and global service transition. Currently working as the Global Service Transition Execution Lead at Truist, Alyssa also holds the position of VP Membership at PMI Metrolina. With previous experience at Wells Fargo in various roles including Lead Business Execution Consultant and Business Initiatives Consultant, Alyssa also has a background in security analysis. Alyssa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Corrections from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and has completed a PMP prep course at PMI Metrolina Chapter.

PMI Metrolina Chapter Inc. is a not for profit corporation that was founded in 1985. We currently have a membership of more than 1300 members. Over the years we have established well known and respected training programs in the area of project management and especially in the area of preparation for the Project Management Professional (PMP®) exam.Since its inception, the Chapter has provided a platform for monthly gatherings, where people of the project management profession can exchange views and network with other professionals.Our educational programs help members and non-members to expand their knowledge of and acquire expertise in the field of project management. The chapter's educational programs qualify for professional development units (PDUs) required to satisfy the continuing certification requirements for maintaining certification as a Project management Professional (PMP®).
