Michelle Lauren

Michelle Lauren is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at PMI Foods since February 2019, Michelle oversees the complete employee life cycle and provides legal aid for global mobility matters. Prior to this role, Michelle worked at the Florida Municipal Power Agency as an HR Specialist, managing employee benefits and the corporate wellness program. Experience at Siemens Corporation included positions as Learning and Development Project Manager and HR Specialist, where Michelle managed training events and led software rollout projects. Earlier career roles involved consulting for non-profits at Elegance Planning and managing donor operations at Harpo Productions. Michelle holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Judson University, along with an Associate's degree in Law Office Administration from Harper College.
