Beaula Prashanth, PMP, LSSGB, has extensive experience in process and quality management, currently serving as Senior Manager Process & Quality at Aviya Aerospace Systems since September 2005. Prior roles at Aviya include Manager Process & Quality and Project Engineer. In addition to a successful career in aerospace, Beaula has been actively involved with the PMI Lakeshore Ontario Chapter since January 2006, holding various leadership positions, including Director Outreach & Secretary, President, and Board Chair/Past President. Previous experience includes roles at Cyient in Hyderabad, India, as Assistant Project Manager, and significant contributions to the National Ship Design & Research Centre in Visakhapatnam, where Beaula was a Manager Designs. Educational qualifications include a B.Tech in Naval Architecture & Ship Building from Cochin University and a Foundations of Business Process Management certificate from the University of Toronto.

The PMI Lakeshore Ontario Chapter of the Project Management Institute (PMI) is a non-profit body of volunteers, established in 1999, to promote further awareness and recognition to the proven and established methodologies for structured project management. The PMI Lakeshore Ontario Chapter of the Project Management Institute will support the Project Management Institute in its stated organizational purpose: "The Project Management Institute is an international organization working to improve project and program performance by serving its members, the profession, society and a wide range of public, application areas and cultures." The PMI Lakeshore Ontario Chapter (C193) of the Project Management Institute is a non-profit body of volunteers established in 1999 to promote the effective use of proven methodologies for structured project management in organizations in the Regions of Peel, Halton, Hamilton-Wentworth and Niagara. The Chapter has over 3000+ members and over 73% of these members have achieved their Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications. The Chapter provides its members with a number of networking and professional development opportunities each year, including Monday Dinner Meetings, Wednesday Evening Learning & Networking and Saturday workshops and courses. #pmiloc
