Martha Luce is a seasoned Realtor® and entrepreneur with extensive experience in real estate and project management. Currently affiliated with Fathom Realty, LLC since November 2020, Martha holds multiple certifications, including PMP, e-Pro®, SRS, SFR, CNE, RMS, CIPS, and TRC. Martha actively contributes to the San Diego Association of REALTORS (SDAR) as a member of the Technology & Global Committees since January 2012, and volunteers as a PMP Certification Instructor with the Project Management Institute - Orange County Chapter since 2008. With a background in construction project controls, Martha has been consulting in schedule management since 1987. Martha previously worked with CENTURY 21 Award Ramona from January 2002 to November 2020, specializing in international and luxury properties. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in International Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
