Ellen Sheppard Powers

Ellen Sheppard Powers has over 15 years of experience in various roles within the product development and management field. Ellen is currently serving as the Senior Director of Product Management for Stanley Global at PMI Worldwide. Prior to this, they held the position of Global Director of Product at Stanley.

Before joining PMI Worldwide, Ellen worked at Icebreaker as the Global Innovation Manager and later as the Global Head of Development and Global Head of Product Development.

Ellen'sprevious experience includes roles at REI as a Product Development Manager and Manager of Apparel Product Development, as well as positions at Toad & Co (formerly Horny Toad Activewear) as a Senior Technical Designer/Developer, Product Liaison to Creative & Sales, and Product Development Operations Manager.

In addition to their work in the product development field, Ellen has also served on the boards of directors for Genesis West Theatre Company and Center Stage Theatre. Ellen has experience in costume design and properties management for various theatre companies, including Ensemble Theatre Company and Theatre, Dance, Commercial.

Ellen Sheppard Powers attended UC Santa Barbara from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre Design and Anthropology.
