Norman Cruz

Norman Cruz has extensive work experience in operations and supply chain management. Norman started their career at Mattel Interactive as VP of Forecasting & Planning in 1999 before moving to Microsoft as Director of Product Planning & Forecasting in 2000. In 2007, they joined BDA as DVP CPD Operations, where they oversaw order management, forecasting, and inventory planning. Norman then moved to Pacific Marketing International in 2014 as Director of Sales Operations, responsible for managing a team and ensuring frictionless customer experience. Norman currently holds the position of Vice President of Sales Operations at Pacific Market International since 2017.
