Russel Souza

Russel Souza, PMP, SA, SFPC, ITIL, and PMI LIMC Alumnus, has extensive experience in cloud operations and project management, currently serving as Cloud Operations & Project Leader at MV since March 2019, overseeing a cloud environment with annual revenues exceeding R$ 17 million. With a strong background in managing complex projects across Latin America, including the implementation of systems such as RIS and PACS, Russel has held various roles in project management at prominent organizations, demonstrating expertise in financial planning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication. Involvement with PMI-RS as a Project Management Member and volunteer positions, including Vice President of Membership and Program Director, further highlights Russel's commitment to the field. Additionally, Russel has contributed as a project manager in diverse settings, including AGCO Corporation and Grupo Dimed, managing significant budgets and ensuring project delivery on time and within scope.
