Claire Boland

Claire Boland is a skilled recovery auditor with experience in patient claims management and customer service. Currently employed at PMMC since July 2022, Claire began as a collector and advanced to recovery auditor, specializing in identifying denied or underpaid claims. Previously, Claire worked at Carolina Complete Health Network, Inc. as a customer service representative from April 2021 to July 2022, where responsibilities included assisting patients with updates and inquiries about health plan benefits. Earlier experience includes a role as a medical scribe at WVU Medicine from June 2020 to April 2021, supporting rheumatology clinicians with accurate medical record documentation. Claire holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Health from West Virginia University, completed in May 2020.
