Liliana Melendez is a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department at NYC Health + Hospitals since September 2024, following experience as a Spanish Interpreter for the New York State Unified Court System from October 2022. Liliana has extensive healthcare experience, including nursing clinical rotations from May 2022 to May 2024, alongside previous interpreting roles at Bronx County District Attorney's Office and Anthem. Liliana's early career included outreach work at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center and administrative support at CUNY-Brooklyn College. Liliana earned a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from Mercy University in 2024 and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Audiology, Speech, and Hearing Science from Brooklyn College.
