Kirsty Pilkington

Kirsty Pilkington has a strong background in office management and operations. Kirsty began their career at Smith & Williamson as a Lead Secretary, where they worked for eight years. From there, they moved on to Bowmans Chartered Accountants, where they served as an Office Manager and PA to Partners. After three years, they joined Baker Tilly as an HR Assistant, staying with the company for five years. Most recently, Kirsty has been working at PM+M Solutions for Business LLP, where they started as a Manager in Office and Facilities and is currently serving as Director of Operations. Throughout their career, Kirsty has developed excellent organizational and communication skills, making their a valuable asset in managing a variety of tasks and functions.
