Anthony Van Aerdebrugge

Anthony Van Aerdebrugge is an experienced HR professional with a comprehensive background in strategic human resources management. Currently serving as HR manager at PMV since June 2022, Anthony previously held various roles at ING and ING Belgium from 1998 to 2022, including strategic human resources business partner and senior human resources consultant, where responsibilities included leading organizational change projects and supporting senior management in performance management and culture development. Other past positions include HR team manager, branch manager, relationship manager for small and medium enterprises, as well as early roles in sales and office management. Anthony holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Ghent University, earned between 1988 and 1993.
