Cynthia Faviero

Cynthia Faviero's work experience begins in 2010 with an internship as Copywriter Intern at ESPM Jr. From 2011 to 2012, they worked at Grupo RBS as a Web Copywriter Intern, primarily responsible for writing content for the group's websites and newsletters. Cynthia then moved on to Grupo Bandeirantes de Comunicação, where they worked from 2011 to 2015, initially as a Sales Assistant and then as a Sales Account Manager.

In 2015, Cynthia joined Pmweb Marketing Cloud Services as a Strategic Services Analyst, where they provided strategic guidance, planning, and monitoring for data-driven marketing actions. Cynthia worked closely with major Brazilian e-commerce clients.

Cynthia then joined Sebrae in 2017 as an Agente Local de Inovação, a role they held until 2019. Finally, they returned to Pmweb in 2019 as a Sales Executive, focusing on strategic customer success and marketing strategies for a portfolio of clients, including Grupo Renner and others.

Cynthia Faviero's education history is as follows:

Cynthia Faviero obtained their Bachelor's degree in Publicidade e Propaganda (Graduação) with a focus in Gestão from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing. Cynthia attended this school from 2010 to 2014.

From 2016 to 2018, Cynthia pursued their Master's degree in Administração e Negócios at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul.

In 2018, Cynthia enrolled in the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul again, this time for their Ph.D. in Administração e Negócios. Cynthia completed their doctoral degree in 2022.

During their academic journey, Cynthia also obtained additional certifications. In 2014, they obtained TOEFL ITP C1 - Proficiência em Inglês from TOEFL®. In 2006, they obtained Zentrale Aufbaustufe A+1 (ZDP) - Proficiência em Língua Alemã. Additionally, in 2018, they acquired Proficiência em Espanhol from Caplle Ufrgs.

Cynthia furthered their education in 2021 by pursuing an Executive MBA in Gestão com ênfase em Marketing e Mídias Digitais from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. Cynthia completed this program in 2022.

Cynthia continues their education by attending IFRS - Campus Porto Alegre for a Curso Superior de Tecnologia (CST) in Processos Gerenciais, which they started in 2020 and is expected to complete in 2023.
