Natália then joined Eko Residence Hotel as a revenue management analyst, where they were responsible for pricing and availability management, contract negotiation, and partnership development.

Natália moved on to B2B RESERV@S, where they worked as an operations analyst, leading the implementation of a new platform and creating support materials for the team.

Currently, Natália works at Pmweb as a Customer Success Analyst. Their responsibilities include client management, strategic analysis and reporting, marketing campaign planning, and customer journey analysis.

Throughout their career, Natália has developed strong skills in customer service, market analysis, strategic planning, and team coordination.

Natália Alves da Silva began their education in 2010 when they enrolled at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul to pursue a degree in Gestão de Turismo. Natália successfully completed the program in 2012.

Afterwards, from 2015 to 2016, Natália attended the same institution, Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul, to undertake a degree in Hotelaria. Natália completed their studies in Hotelaria within that time frame.
