Brian Bedard

Brian Bedard has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the field of human resources and operations. Brian is currently serving as the Senior Director of Human Resources at PMX Industries, Inc., a position they started in December 2021. Prior to that, they worked at New Leader Manufacturing as the Director of Global Facilities and Manufacturing Support from November 2020 to October 2021. Brian also held the role of Director of Human Resources & Safety at the same company from May 2012 to November 2020. Before that, Brian served as the Director of Operations/Human Resources at European Techniques from July 2006 to May 2012, and as the Plant Operations Manager and Member and Community Relations Manager at The HON Company from March 2004 to July 2006 and March 2001 to March 2004, respectively. Brian'searliest work experience was as the Associate Relations Manager at Access Industries, Inc. from March 1993 to March 2001. Throughout their career, Brian has demonstrated proficiency in various areas including strategic planning, employee engagement, performance management, and operational excellence.

Brian Bedard has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications/Personnel Management from Buena Vista University. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources from the Society for Human Resource Management.
