Rebecca Adkins, PHR, SHRM-CP has over 24 years of work experience in various roles within the field of Human Resources and Recruitment. Rebecca began their career as a Project Coordinator at CDI Corporation in 1996 before moving on to Midland Consultants, where they worked as an Account Manager/Recruiter for three years. In 2000, Rebecca joined Bath & Body Works as a Manager, and two years later, they transitioned to Suburban Collision Centers, Inc. as an HR Coordinator. In 2005, Rebecca started working at Faber-Castell USA, first as a Human Resources Manager and then as the Director of Human Resources since September 2017.

Rebecca Adkins, PHR, SHRM-CP, obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a focus on Human Resources from Bowling Green State University from 1991 to 1995. Additionally, they received a Certification in Professional in Human Resources from John Carroll University. In terms of additional certifications, Rebecca obtained the title of Certified Play Expert from the American Specialty Toy Retailing Association (ASTRA) in September 2017 and became a Notary Public in the State of Ohio in November 2007.
