Kathy Seymour

Kathy Seymour currently serves as the Group HR Manager for PMY Group in the APAC region, overseeing operations for PMY, KOJO, and Tech Media since February 2025. Prior to this role, Kathy was the People and Culture Manager at KOJO, starting in September 2021, with a focus on leadership and HR project management. Kathy has also held the position of People & Culture Business Partner at Disability Services Australia from June to September 2021, and served as the Head of People & Culture at AC3 from October 2014 to June 2021, contributing to AC3's recognition as the fourth Best Place to Work in 2021. Earlier experience includes management roles at the Special Broadcasting Service Australia, which involved developing HR strategies and managing HR services, along with a strong foundation in HR consulting. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Management from the University of Wollong, earned between January 1993 and December 1997.
