Darta Teran has extensive experience in contract management and project coordination within the water efficiency sector, currently serving as Contracts Manager for Leakage Detection and Water Efficiency at PN Daly Limited since January 2015. In this role, Darta has been instrumental in helping Affinity Water achieve a significant reduction in water consumption and optimizing operations for Thames Water. Previously, Darta managed a £15 million smart metering program, consistently exceeding performance targets. Additional experience includes coordinating the "Commonwealth Women in Leadership" research project at BoardWalk Leadership and an internship at airBaltic, focusing on route network performance. Darta holds a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship and Management from Henley Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Latvijas Universitate.
