Aatreyee Dam

Aatreyee Dam currently serves as the Lead for Learning & Development at PNB Housing Finance Limited since September 2024. Previously, Aatreyee held the role of Global Learning & Organizational Development Partner at Biocon Biologics, where initiatives were developed to enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness. Additional experience includes serving as Learning and Development Manager at HFCL Limited, focusing on competency development, and as Assistant Manager at SMC Group, working closely with leadership to align training needs with organizational goals. Aatreyee's earlier roles involved training and onboarding for various organizations, culminating in a solid foundation in learning and development excellence. Aatreyee's educational background includes a People Analytics & Digital HR certification from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, an MBA in International Business from the Institute of Management Technology, and a BTech in Biotechnology from Sharda University.
