Mr. Ajay Mohanty is a seasoned financial professional with over 30 years of experience in various managerial positions in Banks and HFCs with domain knowledge in mortgage business, corporate finance, treasury operations, Investment, Retail and Commercial banking. For nearly 15 years, he has managed internal audit functions both in India and abroad. He has expertise in Internal control, Risk management, Corporate Governance and AML& KYC. He is a certified information system auditor and has experience in forensic audit and fraud investigation. He has been associated with PNB Housing for the last two years, implementing risk based internal audit, enhancing regulatory compliances and helping in streamlining and improving business processes.
