Amanda Gardner has over 13 years of experience in human resources, with a significant focus on talent acquisition and management at PNC since June 2010. Currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner Manager, Amanda oversees PNC's HRBP team and has held various leadership positions, including leading the HR Change Management and Communications teams. Amanda has extensive expertise in recruiting, having managed recruitment for multiple business sectors and led diversity initiatives. Prior experience includes roles at Citi and Allegis Group, where Amanda focused on recruitment processes and program management. Amanda holds a BA in Business Administration and International Business from Elon University.
