Desiree Grushecky

Desiree Grushecky serves as VP, Senior Marketing Manager of Onboarding Marketing at PNC, where responsibilities include managing the Onboarding Marketing team to support Retail Consumer Deposits and Retail Lending. With a history of roles at PNC, Desiree has contributed as VP, Senior Marketing Lead in Consumer Banking, Diverse Segments Marketing Manager, and Segment Lead for Diverse Growth Segments, focusing on customer acquisition and growth for diverse segments. Prior to PNC, Desiree was an Adjunct Professor at The Art Institutes, teaching various interior design subjects, and held the position of Assistant Designer at Schafer Interiors, where design execution and project management were key responsibilities. Desiree holds a Master’s Degree in Interior Architecture from Chatham University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
