Erin Felix

Erin Felix has extensive experience in risk management and operational leadership within the banking sector, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Retail Banking Operational Risk Management at PNC since November 2013. Erin leads a team focused on implementing the Operational Risk Framework and Issues Management Requirements, supporting the Retail Bank in various areas such as Retail Lending, Deposits, Digital, and Marketing. Prior to this, Erin held multiple roles at KPMG, where responsibilities included leading teams in SAS 70 control audits and SOX Section 404 reviews for major financial institutions. Erin earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from the University of Pittsburgh.
