Fang Zhu

Fang Zhu currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Head of Marketing and Customer Analytics at PNC, a position held since May 2025. Prior to this role, Fang was the Senior Director of Credit Card Product Marketing at SoFi from June 2022 to May 2025, where two new credit cards were successfully launched and monthly acquisition rates increased fivefold while significantly reducing risk. Fang's extensive experience at Capital One from September 2006 to June 2022 included roles such as Director of New Customer Acquisitions and Sr. Business Manager for Marketing Optimization, where substantial growth in customer acquisitions and deposits was achieved through strategic channel expansions and marketing optimization. Fang holds a Bachelor of Science in Operations Research from Cornell University.
